IRI's Client Satisfaction And Innovation Drives Top 10 Ranking Among Global Response And Opinion Research Firms

Chicago IL - IRI, the world's leading global provider of consumer, shopper, and retail market intelligence and insights for the consumer packaged goods (CPG), healthcare and retail industries, has been named among the top 10 global outsourced, response and opinion research firms, according to a recent Brown-Wilson Group survey.

"It is extremely rewarding to have our team's focus, innovation and dedication to superior client service recognized by this prestigious ranking," says IRI President and Chief Executive Officer Scott W. Klein. "This is a significant achievement to be selected by the industry's top decision makers."

The Brown-Wilson Group, which authors "The Black Book of Outsourcing," a best-selling international Web portal and outsourcing resource manual, conducts annual surveys that rank outsourcing vendors according to responses by executives and others involved in outsourcing decision making about their experience and satisfaction with current suppliers.

One key finding in this year's survey is a shifting focus from cheaper and faster performance to a focus on client satisfaction, with managers of client companies favoring outsourcing suppliers that provide better and more supportive innovation.

"IRI is squarely focused on increasing the value it provides clients by delivering breakthrough insights for breakthrough results," adds Klein. "Our unique combination of comprehensive marketplace information, automated analytics, technology and deep domain expertise matched with a relentless focus on client satisfaction is what enables us to quickly meet the evolving needs of today's marketplace."
