The breads are packaged in twin-packs with a separate air chamber for each partially baked loaf, allowing consumers to bake one loaf and freeze the other. Each package is sealed inside a modified atmosphere package, giving the loaves a shelf life of up to eight days, or longer if stocked in the cooler aisle or frozen food section.
Bread ingredients include custom milled organic flours and grains, sea salt, and freshly filtered water.
