The Brittle Kittle is a family owned business based in Tigard, Oregon. Our candy factory is nestled in the heart of Oregon's fertile Willamette Valley - world famous for its distinctive hazelnuts. The year was 1980... when we let our family secret out of the kettle. We developed a secret recipe that captured the essence of these flavorful hazelnuts, along with 100% natural peanut butter to create this unique candy. The kettle logo was adopted to capture the time-honored way in which the brittle is made - in small old fashioned kettles. But we did not stop at one delicious and tempting treat. We soon created more scrumptious varieties to include peanut, almond and our much-loved holiday favorite, pecan. The tradition continues... We are proud that our candymakers still preserve the traditions established 20 years ago to make this delightful candy.
