AVT And Coinco Announce Strategic Agreement To Use Coinco Controllers In RAM 5000 Vending Systems
Corona, CA - AVT, Inc. (formerly Automated Vending Technologies), recently announced that a signed agreement with Coinco is official and production of all AVT RAM 5000 vending systems will include a Coinco control board.
The announcement follows a development cycle of the RAM 5000 in collaboration with Coinco to include a robust microcontroller based control board to ensure the vending system has Coinco reliability coupled with AVT integrated technology
James Winsor, AVT's Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, stated: "We made a very calculated decision to use Coinco for the system control board. Coinco's control board is very stable and has an excellent reliability track record and that's exactly what we were looking for, reliability! The board is enriched with features such as the latest in MDB and DEX technology in use today. Additional features include full system diagnostics, multiple languages and interface capabilities to AVT's optional integrated PC with advertising software."
