Spice Blends is a line colorful herbs and coarsely textured spices designed to add regional flavors to beef, chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables, and pasta.
The spices are well suited for any cooking method including baking, broiling, sautéing, and grilling. They are available in three varieties:
- Monterey Style Roasted Garlic & Red Bell Pepper - slowly roasted garlic and red bell peppers.
- Key West Style Lemon, Basil & Thyme - fresh lemon peel with a Mediterranean mix of basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, and sage.
- Santa Fe Style Chili, Cumin & Garlic - sweet-spicy blend of chili peppers, cumin, coriander, onions, and garlic.
