Continued employee engagement is one of the keys to human capital management for HR leaders at large corporations. Employee recognition is one way to get people back on track. When companies provide their workers with rewards for a job well done, even if it’s just something small like a gift certificate, it goes a long way toward making team members feel more valued and respected.
This has always been the case, but in 2013, companies are stepping up their game, finding new and innovative ways of offering recognition for team members who deserve it. According to Incentive magazine, they’re getting creative with it – incorporating new technology, making the process more interactive and keeping a finger on the pulse of a dynamic workforce.
