The Labor Resource Manager (LRM®) is a dynamic System that can help increase profits, improve customer service, reduce payroll errors, and eliminate staffing problems by making the most efficient use of your two most important resources - time and labor. LRM is a complete labor management solution consisting of four modules which can be implemented in phases to meet your individual needs:
LRM is easy to use, and provides a systematic structure for inputting your location's user-specific information. LRM stores a complete profile for each location (such as job and department definitions, categories of employees, pay policies, etc.). Sales history data can be obtained directly from point-of-sale systems or historical files. This allows the system to generate schedules that will consider your location's full range of requirements while conforming to corporate, union and government requirements.

- ASCII file import and export capabilities are available for seamless communication with Host and your store's POS system. Access® and SQL® are also used for Windows and Windows NT.
