Our auditing team has extensive experience in retail auditing. We will develop and execute a Loss Prevention Best Practice Audit customized to identify potential areas of loss by utilizing existing audits, best practices and current policy and procedure specific to your business. As part of the audit development process, we will examine the specific areas of risk at store level and evaluate the effectiveness of current controls and/or standards.
