LRM™ Windows

LRM Windows is the latest release of the popular Labor Resource Manager® System. It is designed for use with Windows NT, Windows 98 and 2000. LRM is a fully integrated system that provides modules for Time and Attendance, Labor Scheduling, Labor Forecasting and Labor Budgeting in a proven, easy-to-use product. Each module, while fully conversational and interactive as a system, can be installed individually.

Labor Scheduling

• Maintains availability, preferred hours, and guaranteed hours by employee through entry screen and/or an interactive graphical interface.
  
• Optional offset of Scheduling week from Time and Attendance week.
  
• Provides employee-planning calendar for a year in advance.
  
• Optional Departmental control and finalizing of schedules.
