Blue Diamond Growersze is a non-dairy, non-lactose milk made from real whole almonds. Because it is a non-diary beverage, this product is well suited for individuals with lactose intolerance allergies to soy, and/or those who are ovo-vegetarians or vegans.
The milk is available in original almond, vanilla, and chocolate flavors. In addition to being lactose-free this beverage contains no cholesterol, animal ingredients or hormones, saturated fat, or added oils. It is also low in sodium and enriched with calcium and vitamins A, D, and E, and contains a high level of unique phytonutrients.
The manufacturer states that the beverage does not curdle or separate in hot beverages and even froths up well for lattes and cappuccinos, making it a good dairy substitute for coffee.
