Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a family owned and operated manufacturer of frozen Italian Specialty Products founded by James Corigliano in 1963, and named after his wife, Rose. The company began as a 700 sq. foot sausage shop, supplying local meat markets, supermarkets and restaurants.

Today, Rosina owns and operates 3 buildings on a 3.5 acre site in Buffalo, NY. These include the 40,000 sq. ft. production facility, which will need to be expanded soon to keep up with increasing demand. Rosina's direct customers include retailers, wholesale clubs, food service distributors, home deliveries, military suppliers, and other food manufacturers. Rosina products can be found throughout North America.

Italian Style Meatballs, Rosina's best selling product, were not introduced until 1974. Not planning to market meatballs at the time, James responded to a request by his church to supply meatballs for a spaghetti dinner fundraiser. Parishoners raved about the taste of the product. Ironically, James had created this recipe based on verbal instructions from Rose. No formula had yet existed! James followed up on this success with the introduction of a raw meatball product that year and hired brokers to help sell his new product beyond Buffalo.
