Today, Louis P. Gentine, a son of Leonard, is chairman and CEO of the company. Another son, Lawrence J. Gentine, is president of the Food Service Division. The privately held cheese company is still headquartered in Plymouth and also has plants in Hilbert and Kiel, Wis. and a technical center in Elkhart Lake, Wis. Its products are available in countries worldwide.
