The new "Functional Foods" line of shelf-stable beverages specially formulated to promote better health with ingredients targeted to supplement heart, bone and fiber dietary needs.
The cholesterol free and lowfat line includes the Heart Health formula, which combines soy and oats with anti-oxidants to protect cells form free-radical damage and phytosterols to promote healthy cholesterol levels; the Fiber Balance formula, which contains soluble and insoluble fibers, anti-oxidant vitamins, minerals and B-complex vitamins; and the Bone Health formula, which combines non-diary calcium with natural acids, soy proteins, magnesium, boron and other vitamins.
Each item is triple-packed in 8-oz. aseptic packages. In addition, each formula offers several flavor varieties. They include:
- Heart Health: Tropical Sunrise, Chocolate, and Orange Blossom Chai.
- Bone Health: Mixed Berry Smoothie, Strawberry Guava Smoothie and Orange Smoothie.
- Fiber Balance: Strawberry Guava, Pineapple Orange Banana and Berry Lemonade.
