The new Nature Grains bar is made with whole grains and dried fruit. The bar is oven-baked and meets the FDA's heart-healthy and low fat guidelines (see the heart-healthy symbol).
As with all of the company's soy protein products, each bar contains only water-processed isolated soy protein, which retains the naturally occurring levels of isoflavones that medical experts believe to be responsible for soy's health benefits.
The bar is available in four varieties: Chocolate, Wild Berry, Banana Nut, and Oatmeal Raisin.
