Z Trim Holdings, Inc. Launches Innovative Retail Line Of Lower Fat Salad Dressings In Upscale Grocery Chain
Mundelein, IL - Z Trim Holdings, Inc. announced recently the retail launch of its headline-making salad dressings.
The retail debut of the dressing line will consist of Z Trim Ranch, Z Trim Honey Dijon and Z Trim Creamy Italian via both the company's web site and the Sunset Foods grocery store chain in the Chicago area.
"We believe the time is right to transfer some of our success from Z Trim products in the schools to the retail sector," said Steve Cohen, new Z Trim CEO. "The school nutritionists understood our message about replacing fat with natural, non-caloric dietary fiber, and once they tasted it, the realm of possibilities for changing the food landscape began quickly clicking into place and a national news story was born," he said. "It's catching on that good nutrition doesn't mean sacrificing taste anymore."
Tony Gapastione, Purchasing and Merchandising Director for Sunset Foods, anticipates a lot of interest among his customers for innovative products that don't require them to trade taste for better nutrition.

The dressings line contain between 40% and 80% reduced fat, making them among the lowest for fat content in their categories.
